Friends of Infinity Acres Ranch is participating in United Way's Day of Action and could use some help. They are enriching the pond area for events, improved habitat for wildlife and viewing. They are also fundraising to add a windmill to the pond for an even healthier aqua life source and as an attractive, educational and functional aerator..
Volunteers are asked to help with the following:
- Stain the Pond Dock & Camping deck
- Pond Health: remove lily pads & cattails from the edges of the pond
Infinity Acres Team will Provide:
- Stain brushes and plastic gloves for the dock & deck staining
- Rakes & wheelbarrows
- Bottled water & snacks
Volunteers are encourage to bring:
- sunscreen
- bug spray
- hats
- If participating in the lily pad removals, it is recommend to wear water shoes or rubber waders.
Site Limitations:
- There is an outhouse available by the pond.
- Wheelchair accessibility is not readily available for these projects.
