Who We Are
HOWEL has been in existence since 2021, and happens every year on the weekend before Halloween. We are planned by several nonprofit agencies and community members working to build awareness and bring a fun community event to Danville.
What We Do
HOWEL (Halloween in the Old West End Lanternfest) is a free community Halloween festival that raises awareness for a number of nonprofits.
