Construction is progressing on the final home in the first phase of England Trail — formerly known as Habitat Village North. This growing neighborhood is designed to provide safe, decent, and affordable housing for low-to-moderate income families in Danville and Pittsylvania County.

We’re always in need of volunteers to help bring these homes to life! Whether you have experience or just a willingness to lend a hand, there are plenty of ways to get involved — from painting and installing interior trim to landscaping and general site support.

The Habitat ReStore is more than just a thrift store — it’s an extension of our mission to build homes, communities, and hope throughout Danville and Pittsylvania County. By selling donated items to the public, the ReStore generates essential funding that directly supports the construction of safe, decent, and affordable housing for families in need.

We’re seeking volunteers who are passionate about making a difference. At the ReStore, you might find yourself assisting customers with their purchases, helping unload donations from our box truck, or working alongside a friendly team to organize and refresh our inventory. It’s a great opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while connecting with others who care about their community.
