Only occasional brief walking is required for this position. Please note: We have reopened and are following the COVID-19 policies required by the State. As a volunteer, your responsibilities would be the following: Greet visitors coming to the Museum Get them signed in and explain fee schedule Call on staff members as needed Direct visitors to their destinations (such as offices, auditorium, art and history galleries, historic home) Get visitors started on their tours and help direct group tours Answer questions and telephones, take messages Other occasional light duties may also be requestedBenefits: Work in stimulating environment where you would meet new people and share information.
